Passenger App: Unable to Locate Correct Address

The Passenger app is designed to automatically locate the passenger’s current location and it also has the option to manually enter the address. There are instances for which the passenger is unable to locate himself/herself in the app or might have encountered these scenarios:

a. Google maps think I am in a different state/country
b. Google maps think that I am far away/miles away from my current location
c. Location service is turned on but I can’t locate the correct address

In case you have encountered these scenarios, all you have to do is update location. Select the link which applies to your need.
