Important: Quickride phase 2 will be upgrading on April 28th.

After more than 3 months of design and development, we are incredibly excited to announce Quickride phase 2. We have rebuilt both the iOS and the Android apps from the ground up to make the experience faster, more reliable, and easier to use. We have also added some new features to the command center to give service advisors more control over the experience. This release is a big leap forward towards our mission of providing a solution for your dealership’s shuttle service that will increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

What is Phase 2?

Driver Apps:

  • We rewrote the Android and iOS apps from the ground up to be faster and more reliable
  • Brand new navigation experience that includes:
    • Real time traffic conditions
    • Mute/Unmute buttons
    • Better time estimates
    • More reliable turn by turn navigation

Command Center:

  • Improved reliability & Bug Fixes
  • Renewed user interfaces that make navigating easier to use
  • User accounts
  • Searchable ride reports
  • Customizable text message templates
  • Set your custom pickup radius from your dealership
  • Editable station settings
  • Service advisors can now be assigned to a ride when a ride is created

More importantly, Phase 2 sets the infrastructure for a robust set of features coming in phase 3. It’s the cornerstone for all future developments.

The rebuilt iOS app has been released
The release of the new iOS app is a major step forward in reliability, speed and a better user experience. This sets the framework for future improvements and features for drivers.

The New Command Center is Here

We are proud to release user accounts, which is a significant milestone in providing a technical framework for future features. You can expect other features like visualization of ride data and a revised passenger experience to follow shortly. Stay tuned as we will be releasing more soon.

Here is how it works:

    1. An admin user creates user accounts for all service writers and drivers. Service writers and drivers all have unique usernames and passwords.

    1. After a new user is created, they will show up in the users list. You can edit their information by clicking on the pencil icon.

    1. All users login by entering your station ID, username and password.
    2. Admin users have access to Ride reports, message templates, station settings and Users. (Show left menu)

    1. Ride Reports are now searchable without having to download an excel sheet. You can still download the excel file by clicking the download icon.

    1. Your dealership can customize the text messages that customers get by using this new interface. This will be useful to keep your customers informed and to reduce calls to the dealership.

    1. Set your company logo, enter dealership information and hours of operation here.
