The rebuilt iOS app has been released
The release of the new iOS app is a major step forward in reliability, speed and a better user experience. This sets the framework for future improvements and features for drivers.
The New Command Center is Here
We are proud to release user accounts, which is a significant milestone in providing a technical framework for future features. You can expect other features like visualization of ride data and a revised passenger experience to follow shortly. Stay tuned as we will be releasing more soon.
Here is how it works:
-
- An admin user creates user accounts for all service writers and drivers. Service writers and drivers all have unique usernames and passwords.
-
- After a new user is created, they will show up in the users list. You can edit their information by clicking on the pencil icon.
-
- All users login by entering your station ID, username and password.
- Admin users have access to Ride reports, message templates, station settings and Users. (Show left menu)
-
- Ride Reports are now searchable without having to download an excel sheet. You can still download the excel file by clicking the download icon.
-
- Your dealership can customize the text messages that customers get by using this new interface. This will be useful to keep your customers informed and to reduce calls to the dealership.
-
- Set your company logo, enter dealership information and hours of operation here.
